Streffco Consultants, Inc., is an international technical staffing and systems integration organization. We provide technology and business operations resources on a project, contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire basis.

 

Title: Business Systems Analyst

Pay Rate Range: Depends on Experience (W-2 all inclusive rate)

 

Responsibilities:



Provide application support for the My HR Benefits system
Identify and create solutions by reviewing and analyzing existing systems and processes; Define functional business requirements and translate them into system requirements for updates to the system; Conduct gap analysis to document discrepancies between business requirements and system capabilities.
Develop project plans and ensure plan adherence
Provide input into reporting requirements/report development & the final evaluation of the system solution, user interfaces and coordinates or conducts UAT



 

Qualifications:



5 to 8 years related professional experience


Must have a strong working experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration (BenAdmin) v8.8 or higher to be able to define and set-up new benefit programs. 


Experience with any or all of the following PeopleSoft HRMS 8.8 Modules: HR, self-service, Payroll North America


Complete understanding and application of concepts, techniques and standards in general HR and business analysis, as well as IT principles and practices. 



 

Experience & Education & Skills required:



Strong business writing skills as to be able to present analysis, documentation of processes, methods, solutions, etc.


Translates business processes and requirements into system specifications


Intermediate to expert experience level with MS Excel, Word, Visio, and Project


Ability to create complex reports using PeopleSoft Query, Access, Excel or other 3rd party reporting tool


Broad-based knowledge of information technology and HRIS applications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
