Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Network Support Analyst
for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial clients in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

Review, Submit and Track Circuit Orders. Review and process customer Service Connection Requests for connectivity into the firms Network.
Review, Submit and Track Requests to Modify Routers and Fire Walls.
Review and process customer-submitted Router Exchange Forms to modify Router and Firewall definitions.
Setup and Test New Products and Services.
Technical contact to establish connectivity and entitlements for new products and services.
Conversion Projects.
Converting a firm from an internet connection to a encrypted connection.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication and project management skills
Must be a proactive self-starter
Should have a solid understanding of data communications, VPN
Should have a working knowledge of WORD, POWER POINT, EXCEL and ACCESS software
Should be familiar with Apropos and ServiceNow or have experience with other call and ticket management tools
Knowledge of VPN software. This includes how a customer can connect using this type of connection to be able to utilize our various applications.
IP Address/DNS knowledge, Understand public vs. private and NAT IP addresses and how they play a part in connectivity.
Project Management, Ability to manage priorities and track requests and projects assigned to them.
