Company is looking for a dynamic, highly collaborative and consultative change agent to join our newly forming Workday Solutions team where you will drive transformational change by enhancing business processes and bringing innovation and technology to our workforce. Reporting to the Head of HR Digital Solution Delivery, the Workday Product Manager will be the solutions architect, responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for Prudential s configuration and use of Workday Payroll and Time & Absence products, collaborating with business functions, service teams, user experience and technology teams to identify business value and define solutions that deliver on the product strategy. You will have a full understanding of the Workday functional capabilities for Payroll and Time & Absence, along with the business need and user experience combination to define the technology solutioning and configuration required to achieve the intended result. This role will be the point of contact for internal departments for functional Workday related information and activities associated with sustaining and enhancing ongoing operational requirements. Responsibilities Deep understanding of the Workday Payroll and Time & Absence product solution and capabilities, and how it is being used by Prudential to support users. Conduct analysis and make recommendations of future solutions to support the business. Partner with assigned business areas to gain deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them Apply business analysis skills including requirements gathering and guiding business partners from idea to delivery Own and maintain the product backlog Test new/modified applications to ensure results meet end-users needs Coordinate, plan and lead UAT sessions for business stakeholders Ensure Workday solutions promote simplification and an increasingly higher level of productivity for users. Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap by working with Prudential business units to identify, sequence, and prioritize enhancement requests in conjunction with upcoming Workday releases Enforce data governance and attention to data quality Partner with User Experience team on feature design Handle incident tickets and change requests in accordance with change management, change control and incident management policies, protocols and SLAs Provide expert advice and functional related consultancy to HR as required. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related discipline. 5 years of professional experience with Workday HCM or similar ERP systems, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday Payroll and Time & Absence Subject matter expertise and prior experience with Workday Payroll and Time & Absence in a functional configuration role preferred.
