As a Delivery Manager you will travel to large corporations throughout the USA and serve as a trusted advisor helping clients make informed decisions using your in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge to help transform their HR process using Workday SaaS.

Workday Compensation and HCM Certification required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and US Citizen, Green Card or Portable EAD.

3+ years of Workday Compensation integration,configuration and delivery experience and application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis.

Workday Compensation and HCM Certification required

2+ years experience in a consulting/technical environment.

1+ years previous project management experience that includes management of staff.

Wish list:

Workday Certifications in any of the following that includes Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, Performance Management.
PMP Certification.
Previous experience with a large professional service organization.
Previous experience in software selection and vendor management.
