ABOUT
HRMC:



HRMC
is a privately held corporation that was established in 1994 as a employee
benefit broker. Initially the company focused its marketing efforts on legal
plans as an employee benefit for Legal Shield. HRMC has successfully marketed
over 250,000 policies in the last 18 years, ranking them the largest broker for
Legal Shield in North America. In 2006 they added an identity theft
monitoring and restoration plan called Identity Theft Shield. This plan has
become of the most popular benefit offered by the company because of the unique
restoration services that are provided.



As
of 2017, HRMC has over 5000 agents and operates in every major city in the US.



 We
are seeking some energetic professional recruiters to work part-time in a
virtual capacity assisting us with recruiting new agents, scheduling interviews
and supporting our professional sales agents across the United States.



 Responsibilities:



*Screen,
recruit, and interview potential agents and recruiters



*Train
New Agents & Recruiters



*Implement
company culture, values and policies



*Provide
documents needed for new agents and recruiters



*Schedule
interviews



Contact
new agents and recruiters as needed for training, making sure they are actively
getting their training completed in a timely matter.



** If you have experience in
recruiting, that is a plus!



 Qualifications:



*Basic
computer skills



*Must
have a computer, smartphone and/or tablet



*Reliable
and willing to put in work



*Ability
to work without supervision



*Strong
organizational skills



*Strong
written and verbal communication skills



*Ability
to follow our directions



*Ability
to get interviews scheduled properly



*Ability
to make decisive decisions about candidates applying for the positions



*Ability
to review large amounts of resumes quickly



Previous
experience Preferred in recruiting but NOT Required (Training will be
Provided for all)
