Requirements:
Native or Non-Native Thai
With Good English communication skills
Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any Psychology related field of study
Exposure in a Business Process Outsourcing or Service Center setting is preferred
One year of work experience in a corporate set up

Responsibilities:
Manage screening and interviewing of candidates
Coordinate with recruitment partners (agencies/headhunters) to tap qualified candidates as applicable
Ensure process compliance
Attend to applicant follow-ups
