Pontoon Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to support one of our premier Financial Services Clients. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 5+ years of technical Recruiting experience to support one of our Top-Tier Financial clients in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
Own the full Experienced Hire recruiting process including sourcing, screening and ultimately closing candidates and executing offers
Ability to creatively source candidates, promote the firms Internal Mobility and Employee Referral programs
Effectively build relationships across HR including HR Business Partners, Compensation, Diversity etc.
Continuous candidate pipeline development - especially for key/niche roles
Build and maintain client relationships with senior technology executives
Provide consultative services to designated clients including research, market intelligence and recruiting updates
Manage relationship with vendors as well as reduce vendor spend
Ability to participate and lead on Recruiting/HR Projects

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience executing full life cycle recruiting
Strong Technology recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience working with a wide cross-section of clients at different levels
Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills
Ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment that has changing priorities and dead-lines
Strong team-player
Risk awareness
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems

Desired Experience:
Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting
Recruiting within Financial Services
