We are currently seeking a Certified Electrical Contractor (CEC) Recruitment Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment, background investigation, contractual execution and setup of licensed electrical contractors for the Bosch CEC installation network and distributors for Electrical Vehicles (EV). Primary objectives are to identify service area coverage and performance gaps necessary to adequately support Bosch EV programs and customers interested in Bosch CEC installation services, recruit electrical contractors in those areas to become a CEC, and ensure background certification and contractual agreements are properly executed.

Tasks
Responsible for all contractual negotiations for CEC installation services, in addition to supporting distributor network for EV.
Conduct analysis on CEC performance and report-out CEC quality metrics and under the direction of the EV Installation Network Manager and support corrective action plans to improve individual CEC and overall network performance.
Well versed and confident with the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) industry.
Self-reliant individual who is actively pursuing electrical contractor recruitment in service areas based on general need, Vehicle Charging Advisor (VCA) requests, new EV program launches and initiatives.
Effectively use third-party services to facilitate the completion of electrical contractor background certification.
Ability to understand and address FAQ's posed by electrical contractors that are related to Bosch's CEC agreement, and to execute agreement when required.
Coordinate ongoing maintenance of CEC records, insurances and agreements, to ensure they are current and in compliance.
Develop and maintain reporting to ensure CEC quality performance metrics are being maintained.
Effectively communicate CEC recruitment progress is it relates to urgent service area matters, as well as general overall status of service area coverage for North America.
Coordinate and maintain a CEC communication process and cadence (newsletter, steering committee, etc.)

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Communication, Business or Marketing preferred. Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a customer service or sales environment is required.
Excellent logical and organized communication skills in persuasion and negotiation; ability to tailor approach to audience
Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced, matrixes environment satisfying multiple customers both internal and external
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Ability to effectively handle projects, initiatives and issues while maintaining composure and professionalism
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with database systems is preferred
