Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to work during weekends
Willing to work in Quezon City
A graduate of any four year course
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology or any related course is preferred
Experience in HR is preferred but not required.
Responsibility:
Assisting students while having a class
Assisting online teachers to perform the class
Checking Teachers schedules and connections
Responsible in training, recruitment and evaluation
Checking teachers performance during class
Responsible in daily coaching and customer service
Handle End to end recruitment
Paper screening of applicants
Interview applicants on Skype and over the phone
Check if the applicants are qualified
Interview Chinese, Mandarin, Italian, Japanese, and Italian, French, Cantonese Korean and other languages
Answering queries of applicants and clients
