ESC Strategic Sourcing Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, contracting and supplier management experience, preferably within a leading Financial Services firm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Establish, grow and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners; ensure alignment and joint ownership in optimizing the supply chain and total cost of ownership. Work with key business stakeholders to understand strategic direction, business requirements and objectives / priorities across assigned categories to determine deliverables and opportunities. Lead the development, management and analysis of Requests for Proposal, eAuctions, supplier negotiations, financial analysis, contract administration and project management. Manage the analysis, negotiation, and implementation of contracts, while ensuring compliance requirements are met. Perform regular supplier contract reviews / audits; maintain accurate and detailed records in Enterprise Supply Chain Management systems to meet all audit requirements Assist the Global Category Lead with the development of the global sourcing strategy and work with the regional counterparts around the globe to implement, as appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an accredited College or University Minimum of 5 years of relevant Procurement and/or Business experience Proven experience leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives Strong financial modeling and deal structuring skills Significant experience drafting and negotiating contracts Excellent organizational, analytical, time management skills.
