This organisation is an award winning Architectural practice with a fantastic name in the market for delivering multi-million dollar projects. Due to a new commercial development, they are now seeking a Senior Architect/Team Leader large scale development experience.

The role:
Responsibilities will include :

Documentation for a large scale commercial developments
Development Design (DD), tender documentation & contract documentation
Production of work in BIM/Revit
Management of junior members of the team
Co-ordination of technical documents

The requirement:
To be considered for this role you will have gained relevant market exposure working on large scale commercial developments where you have produced documentation using Revit and have a strong technical understanding.

This is a permanent appointment with a very reputable architectural practice who have a number of large developments both nationally and internationally in the commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed used sectors.
