Position for Senior Architecture-Branch Head in Architectural Studio in Shivajinagar-Pune

Education: Degree in Architecture
Required Technical skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Proficiency in sketchup and photo shop
Proficient in Drafting, Model making and Specifications
Organizational skills, problem solver
Experience: Strong professional experience of 10-15 years in Commercial & and mainly in Residential architectural projects (purely in Architectural consultancy)
(Experience should be in the locations of India)
Job Description:
To handle Architectural studio systematically and independently
Motivate and delegate the tasks to the team members
Conceptual design development & Site visit.
Design co ordination
Consultants co ordination
Working Drawings and Detail Drawings Scrutiny and Finalization.
Sketch up Presentations.

Responsibilities:
a) Prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials and equipment.
b) Draw up costs, schedules and other elements associated with construction projects.
c) Direct the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications.
d) Coordinate schedule and workloads.
e) Act as the leading individual contributor and coordinator of design problem solving.
f) Built cad drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers.
g) Conduct research needed to complete architectural projects.
h) Complete design work, including cost estimating for all major projects.
i) Provide technical expertise and guidance in preparing of efficient dataset, layouts and drawings.
j) Interact with the clients for the design inputs as per their requirements.
k) performance mapping of team members
Salary range: no fix bar for proficient candidate
Job Type: Full Time

Job timings: 9 am to 6 p.m
