Salary Range: $100K - $110K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A large steel manufacturing company in the united states is seeking a Plant Reliability Engineer to provide technical and knowledge support to various internal divisions to increase equipment reliability.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors' degree or Equivalent years of experience of proven knowledge in a maintenance environment.
Certified Reliability Engineer preferred
Prefer experience with maintenance planning, preventative and predictive maintenance techniques and lean principles.
Duties
Proved leadership, expertise, and direction of implementing Maintenance Reliability strategies across all Flat Roll manufacturing facilities.
Will be responsible for developing and executing multiple improvement programs and projects throughout maintenance and reliability functions
Ensure Preventative / Predictive Programs for Maintenance Planning Processes are being executed.
Conduct analysis of system maintainability and reliability studies of equipment.
Root Cause Analysis of systems and subsystems
Conduct field analysis of operations
Investigation evaluations
Identify Operational delays
Lead problem solving and continuous improvement
Write monthly reports
Establish strong effective Project Managers to support equipment
Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
