Mid-level Software Engineer - TS-SCI-Polygraph

Candidate shall have at least five (5) years’ experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.

Candidate shall have at least four (4) years’ of experience developing software with a high level language such as Java, C, C++ or C#/.Net.

Candidate shall have at least three (3) years’ experience developing software for Windows (2000, 2003, XP, Vista), or UNIX/Linux (Redhat versions 3-5) operating systems.

Candidate shall have experience on the design and development of at least one Object Oriented system.
Candidate shall have experience “wrapping” legacy systems or components as Web Services within a SOA framework.

Candidate shall have experience developing solutions integrating and extending FOSS/COTS products.

Candidate shall have at least three (3) years’ experience in software integration and software testing, to include developing and implementing test plans and test scripts.

Candidate shall have demonstrated technical writing skills.
