Description:

Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive clinical education program that promotes the safe delivery of quality patient care in alignment to and support of the hospitals mission, vision and strategic plan. RN Educator also facilitates and supports professional development, and community and network building to further engagement, and best practice sharing. Educator is responsible for coordinating curriculum development and ensuring a comprehensive and blended approach to training including online, classroom and on the job training.
