The Associate trainer will assist the head trainer with different learning needs of trainees and in module designing. Promote the use of English language culture while acting as a role model and contribute their own ideas to improve the course module.

Requirements:
* Preferably with 1 year experience as an associate trainer at a call center environment but not required.
* With excellent communication skills
* Ability to understand and lead people efficiently
* Graduate of any communication courses
* Willing to be trained
