We are currently seeking a CEC Trainer & Estimate Coordinator for the Bosch Certified Electrical Contractor (CEC) installation network. In this role, you will develop and coordinate ongoing and relevant training for the CEC network, and facilitate training and webinars as required to ensure the CEC network is educated on the Bosch Electric Vehicle (EV) programs.

Tasks
Be well-versed and confident with the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) industry and Bosch EV programs.
Ensure the CEC network presents clear, concise, and accurate information to all customers consistently.
Ensure CEC network strictly adheres to defined processes for estimating, quoting, and reporting installation status.
Coordinate the CEC quoting process, including the review process for all customer quotations.
Interact with EV Solutions account teams to ensure that each OEM customer-specific requirements are understood and achieved related to installation services.
Implement corrective actions required based on performance metrics and/or other key indicators
Maintain product, pricing, and CEC information as required in CCM/ESS.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred. Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum 3 years industry-relevant installation experience required
Must possess and maintain an electrical contractor license with an acknowledged Contractor State License Board, or have equivalent applicable experience
Experience with electrical contracting industry installation methodology, pricing, and trends
Excellent logical and organized communication skills in persuasion and negotiation; ability to tailor approach to audience
Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, satisfying multiple customers, both internal and external
Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Ability to prioritize work focus based on varied criteria, deadlines, customer needs, situational urgencies, and department objectives
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
