Customer Service Manager:
This industry leader seeks a customer service professional to manage day-to-day delivery of telephone based service to growing customer base. Position involves managing service accounts including taking telephone-based orders and coordinating fulfillment. In addition, this person will be responsible for relationship management. Qualified candidates will have the ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with various levels of customer contacts, and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
This is a Direct Hire position (NOT Temp or Temp to Hire).

Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
