Vital Call Center Link (VCCLink), Inc.
The CSR/TSR is responsible for providing excellent service in every call. He is expected to be professional despite long calls and irate callers, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Transferring misrouted calls to the proper departments
2. Identifying and escalating priority issues
3. Working with a team to hit set goals
Job Requirements:
1. At least a high school graduate
2. Call center experience is preferred, but not required
3. Excellent English communication skills
