Detailed Description:
We are looking for a customer service agent interested in joining a fast growing team. Someone innovative and can think outside the box. A person that will take the extra mile. CSR agent will be handling incoming/outgoing calls/chats/emails for our clients. Will also be sending out promotional items from our marketing team. This person will also be in charge of sending out newsletter and posting on our social media sites. In a nutshell, this person will be customer support but will help out with other aspects of operations.
Requirements:
Proficient in written and spoken English
Computer literate and preferably familiar with multiple operating system (Windows/Mac)
Familiar with Command line / Console is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience as a team lead or team management of any department is a plus
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Pleasing personality
At least 6 months experience in customer support; United States; User's other ads
