Summary
Communicate with patients/clients/customers to attempt to negotiate payment on accounts and responsible to meet monthly goals through efficient and accurate correspondences with patients/clients/customers.

Principal Responsibilities:
In the name of the client, communicate with patients/clients/customers by telephone and/or written correspondence to attempt to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
Supply thorough customer service, maintain positive patient/client/customer relations, and work efficiently in the name of the client.
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate updates on computer files for each call made.
When requested, process all correspondences in adherence with pertinent legislation and guidelines where applicable.
Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)certificate.

Experience:
Previous customer service and/or collections experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, in compliance with Company policy and applicable law and regulations.
Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Work Environment
Office environment.
Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation.
