The Patriot Gold Course in Bedford, MA needs to have a new Patio and Fire Pit installed. Existing shrubs need removed and properly dispose o the shrubs. Build a cement pad for propane fire pit and run lines underground from the Fire Pit to the back of th Patriot Gold Course Pro-Shop where the propane tank will be located. The contractor will provid sample information on propane Fire Pit that the customer will select. An estimate cost for the Fire Pit must be in the final bid.
