Our client, a management consulting services company, is in need of a talented and motivated SalesForce.Com Business & Systems Integration Cloud Manager to join their team ASAP! 


 


Primary responsibilities:





You will analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.



You will work with the business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy SalesForce.Com cloud applications to a wide variety of clients.



Possess knowledge of SalesForce.Com application, data migration and integration capabilities.



Have full lifecycle project experience, and the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements. 



Have an understanding of call centers, contact centers or delivery centers, and comprehension of key operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage a customer support environment.



Possess knowledge of the relationship between a customer support environment and other business units such as sales, or back-office.



Have knowledge of key technology enablers used within a customer support environment such as computer telephony integration, portal self-service, knowledge or case management. 





MUST HAVE: 

• 4+ years of SalesForce.Com systems implementation experience


• 4+ years of Sales and /or Service Cloud experience


• 4+ years of requirements gathering experience including process mapping and gap analysis


• 4+ years solution development on Sales/ Service Cloud, Force.com or Communities


• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience


• Full lifecycle project experience - from requirements gathering to implementation


• Experience with interpreting functional requirements to a solution spec to pass on to a development team


• Ability to travel 80-100%


• Bachelor Degree


PREFERRED: 

• SalesForce.Com Certifications highly preferred (Architect, Admin, Developer, etc)


• Large scale implementation project experience across multiple client stakeholders


• Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)


• Experience with Veeva, Oracle-Siebel, NetSuite, SAP or Workday


‘A PLUS’: 

• An understanding of call centers, contact centers or delivery centers


• Software system implementation with customer support experience




SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

• Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design


• Technical Architect experience on implementation projects


• Requirements gathering experience


• Agile and Iterative experience


• Supervisory experience


 


Full time position


Salary: $100,000 to $130,000


Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000
