9AM-5PM (little to no overtime)
Boutique, midtown, law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary (3-5+ years experience) with a Litigation background preferably with some real estate exposure. Position will support two Partners and an Associate. Hire will be dealing with a lot of telephone coverage, calendaring, email maintenance, filing, travel arrangements, proofreading, document production, etc. They want someone that can handle a busy desk. Organization and the ability to prioritize will be key to this spot. Someone that is super organized and able to anticipate needs will excel in this position. Tenured, mid-large firm experience, professional, articulate and personable. Must have strong Microsoft Word skills. Firm uses Microsoft 2010.
