Project Engineer / Construction Manager Satellite, Telecommunications

Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a Project Engineer / Construction Manager to lead the design and development of site infrastructure related to the satellite communication facilities in the United States and globally. This will include the civil design, facility construction and deployment of facility infrastructure, communication systems and components.

The ideal individual would have 8+ years of experience in the design, specification and construction of telecommunications facilities (Satellite, Earthstation and Receiving Stations) globally. Must have the capabilities to perform site evaluations, oversee site / facility design, develop bid packages, scopes of work, administer construction and provide quality assure duties as needed. Experience with HVAC, electrical systems, piping and civil design is required. Candidates that have previous Military construction / Installation experience would be a plus to consideration.

Requires a degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) desired. Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Position will require extensive travel. Candidates must have capabilities to obtain Federal Security Clearances as needed.
