Payroll / H.R. Associate:

Nashville company seeks experienced Payroll Specialist to prepare, enter and balance payroll for 85+ employees (salary and hourly). Will enter payroll into to ADP payroll system, update employee information in industry specific software, enter deductions, liens and garnishments, maintain files, prepare pension calculations, and process employment verifications. Additionally, will be involved in Human Resource functions including new hire orientations, etc.

A background in general accounting is a strong plus as this person will back up in A/P and A/R (will train if needed), and Peachtree experience is helpful.

This is Direct Hire position (NOT Temp or Temp to Hire)

Benefits: Employee Health Insurance, Vacation pay, holiday pay, etc.

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm

Location: Nashville, TN

Compensation: $19.00 per hour
