A well-established private asset management firm located in West LA seeks an EA for two Portfolio Managers. Below are the responsibilities for this role:

Providing all general administrative assistance
Managing calendar and coordinating meetings
Managing all communication and correspondence flow
Coordinating all travel arrangements and related process
Managing filing, dealing with clients, providing personal assistance as required

Skills and Abilities

Position requires a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and other software is a plus
Must be organized, able to be proactive, set priorities and meet deadlines, able to multitask and have great attention to detail
Possess demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Previous experience managing conference calls, dealing in a professional manner
Possess a positive, “can-do” attitude and enjoy a fast paced environment
Ability to handle highly confidential and non-routine information
Previous EA experience in investment/financial industry highly desired
