Industry leader in property and casualty claims seeks experienced Customer Service Supervisor for an insurance claims position.

Claim Supervisor shall:

*** Oversee and manage claims processes.

*** Lead a team and optimize workflow and staff allocation.

*** Conduct self-audits of department processes and workflows, adapting procedures as necessary.

*** Assess and fine-tune process alignment involved in claim response time.

*** Plan, audit, monitor and control workflows.

Requirements:

*** Ability to assess operations and realign tasks and activities in order to best serve the claims process.

*** Background in project management.

*** Experience handling processes related to claims.

Claims supervisor shall plan, audit, monitor and control workflows; oversee and manage claims processes;

Compensation up to $70,000 with opportunity to advance in one of the largest and most well established insurance companies in North America. Medical and dental plans offered as well as matched 401(k) and pension, discretionary end of the year bonus and discounted stock plan.
