Egli Air Haul, Inc in King Salmon Alaska, is looking for a qualified Bookkeeper/Safety Coordinator to join our team.
Bookkeeping responsibilities include all aspects of accounting including payroll, accounts recievables, accounts payable, maintaining an accurate filing system, and requires an ability to juggle several organizational tasks at once. Other responsibilities include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling, and assisting management with any other tasks they need done. There is also limited marketing tasks associated with this position. Safety Coordinator duties include updating and maintaining Safety Policy Procedures manuals, directing safety meeting and researching and resolving any safety reports from other personel, and all other tasks and duties associated with Safety Management Systems. You will be responsible for keeping the company compliant with OSHA, FAA, and DOT regulations as they apply to the company alongside managment.
Training is available for this position.
Experience with payroll, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and general bookkeeping is preferred, as well as some experience in a managerial position.
