LeBlanc Design is currently seeking an Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our growing team. Your primary role is to support the Principal, maintain an organized work environment, and be a reliable support player for our Principal and internal creative team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for this role include managing the Principals email, her personal and professional calendar, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining the office and kitchen supplies, providing administrative support for our team and personal support for the Principal. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is required. Our ideal candidate has experience with the MS Office suite of software, is detail oriented, ethical, proactive and supportive to our team.
Serve as the point person for duties including:
- Manage multiple calendars
- Prioritize and respond to the Principal's email
- Run errands
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain the office condition
- Answer phones
- Support the Principal with other personal tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of administrative responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
