Caregiver for Senior Home - HHA - CNA

We are looking for someone who can provide outstanding patient care and physical support on a daily basis.

A caregiver will provide compassionate care and assistance with many daily activity of living needs for patients. The ideal candidate will spend time interacting directly with patient and assisting when necessary.

The ideal candidate will relate well as an advocate for patients through conversation and interaction to improve the patients experience while at our facilities. Responsibilities Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene and mobility, as directed by their individual service plans. Monitors changes in residents functional status and personal care needs; documents observations and advises supervisors and/or clinical staff as appropriate. Assists in the development and updating of Resident Care Plans. Encourages resident participation in scheduled programs and activities. Conducts one on one or small group activities as assigned. Assists with laundry and light housekeeping tasks as needed. Meal preparation and serving as needed. Maintains appropriate degree of confidentiality. Flexible schedule
