Our client, one of the fastest growing full service advertising agencies in America, is searching for an experienced Media Supervisor to join their team.

What will you do?
As a leader of the Media team, not only will you manage and support a team of Media Planners and Support Associates, you will be responsible for the overall research, development and delivery of final media plans, including print, radio, television, OOH and digital advertising, for assigned national & local accounts.

Are you the right fit?
-You are (well versed) in all aspects of traditional and digital paid media and can proficiently research, develop, write and execute media plans
-You have planned, activated and optimized digital media, preferably for direct response and brand campaigns
-You are up to date on current trends, new media and advancements in the industry
- You can confidently present final media plans effectively and persuasively to both clients and internal teams and negotiate on all non-broadcast media
-You are a natural leader and mentor and posses with excellent communication skill to effectively train and educate peers on media processes
-Proven ability to build and develop genuine relationships with internal teams, clients & vendors
-You have built a robust pool of collective sources for media research
-You are extremely detail oriented and exceptionally organized

Additional Requirements
-No less than five years of media experience
-Experience managing and developing multiple accounts
-Previous peer management and/or process optimization management experience
- Strong analytical skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel
