Linium is in search of a Junior Marketing Manager in Lexington, MA for a fast-growing software firm. This candidate must be well-rounded and highly-collaborative and will work in a casual, friendly, fast-moving environment. You will wear many hats! Join the team and help define and drive new lead generation strategies and results that support the companys aggressive growth objectives; build new/additive joint marketing strategies with company partners; develop and deliver new content marketing programs.

Duties of the role:
Manage the marketing content calendar and the related promotions calendar
Drive inbound leads through partner and content marketing programs, including customer success stories, videos, white papers, infographics and more
Create and optimize email nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel and generate pipeline
Measurably increase website traffic and conversions through partner content marketing programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, engineering, services, and product marketing team to produce compelling content
Take an integrated approach to marketing, repurposing technical content, customer wins, presentations and more for demand generation programs
Develop a metrics-driven approach to success measure and optimize form completes, email click throughs, pipeline generation, etc.
Make use of analysis of results to change our designs and texts for better performance

Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education and experience:
B.A. or B.Sc. in a relevant field of study
2+ years B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on content and/or partner marketing for a technology company
Metrics-driven, results oriented, marketer who understands the value and benefits of marketing automation
Excellent writer with superior grammar and proofreading skills
Passion for technology and the company mission
Results-oriented experience with social media, especially Twitter
Great learning aptitude!
Knowledge of databases a plus
Must be open to reporting into the office 5 days a week
Prior working experience with Act-On and/or Salesforce.com a plus
