Natel, a Tier 2 Electronics Manufacturer, has an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Associate. We are growing rapidly and have not had a digital marketing department. You may earn the opportunity to shape and build that department.

Job Requirements:

Natel needs someone who is internally-motivated, resilient, and creative to join our entrepreneurial team. Ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with lack of direction and with changing instructions. You are not conflict adverse and will speak with passion when you disagree with a statement. You do not have to be a morning person but you should be able to treat internal stakeholders with courtesy and respect. You should also have most, if not all, of the following qualifications:

Have maintained an active blog and twitter persona.
Proven research and analytical skills.
Experience successfully using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Cards, and other advertising tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, HTML, Power Point, InDesign, PhotoShop, and Salesforce.

Job Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will support the Marketing Director on projects involving sales analytics, online marketing, and social media, as well as campaign and message development, content creation and brand building. Specifically, you will:

Manage Natels online persona and inbound marketing efforts utilizing website, blog, email marketing, social media engagement, and our customers supplier management systems.
Create and manage a content calendar and strategy for online campaigns.
Oversee the system for tracking, analyzing and reporting web analytics, email metrics, and social media data.
Work as part of a team to devise, implement and manage branding efforts and marketing plans.
Stay current and advise on new and ongoing trends and tools in the marketing communications landscape, especially social good and online, and identify and integrate best practices into Natel and client marketing.
Manage targeted projects and provide strong support on project management tasks for others.
