Rate: $110 - 120K
Our agency client is seeking an Account Director to join their full-time team.
This role offers a chance to come in and be a leader with responsibility for one or more large client relationships within the beauty, cosmetic and/or lifestyle industries.
The work is a mix of traditional and digital with heavy emphasis on digital (a lot of social) and overall brand building.
The Account Director will lead the strategic and tactical direction for client campaigns and assist in the implementation by providing guidance to project team leads.
In addition the Account Director will:
- Scope, secure and maintain client budgets and SOWs
- Develop deep relationships with the client to uncover gaps and opportunities for organic growth and ensuring client goals and internal P&L goals are met/exceeded
- Establish and deliver on KPIs and other opportunities/measurements for ROI
- Leverage breadth of knowledge of digital and brand marketing to provide suggestions and guidance to clients
- Provide leadership and guidance to their direct reports (train, mentor and provide ongoing support) and lead cross-functional teams on major campaigns
To be considered for this position please have:
- No less than 8 -10 years of experience in account services (planning, managing and activating marketing plans) within an agency setting
- **MUST have beauty, lifestyle or cosmetics account experience to be considered**
- B2C and B2B experience
- A proven track record of success in building brands through integrated marketing campaigns
- Prior experience in social media management and digital brand marketing
- Past success in management/team leadership
Bonus - knowledge of project management software MS Project, Basecamp
