I bought this sax a few years ago and have treated it like a newborn baby. You can see the case is a Selmer back pack case that I paid extra for. I played it non-stop for 3 years but took a different job and do not have time to play. I really hate to see it in the corner of my bedroom not getting played. It sounds the way it did when I purchased it, beautiful. The pads are soft and do not leak. This is a great sax! You can see by the pictures there is no wear on any of the finger keys or the thumb rest. There is a small amount of indent ion in the case where the sax rests but it is not torn. I have a photo of it. You will not be disappointed if you buy her. This sax is like new even though she is a few years old. It hurts me to sell her but this sax needs to be played and not sitting under the bed. It will not come with a mouthpiece. I will never part with my mouthpiece.; Aberdeen, Arkansas, United States
