This machine have 2 countertop grill with larger base having premium quality 3 burners each (Total 6 Burners). Basically you have option to operate 2 spit simultaneously at same time. The motor / spit rotation can be switched clockwise or anticlockwise with the touch of a button. Each burner having its own independent controls. With this commercial vertical broiler you can make Chicken Shawarma, Turkey Shawarma, Beef Shawarma, Lamb Shawarma, Gyros, Doner Kebab and Tacos al Pastor.
