This load of Snap Beans is being sold to recover funds for the insurance company. According to the seller there was miscommunication between the driver and receiver, the load was to be shipped at 38 degrees but he was told to keep it at 42 degrees. Once the product arrived the product was rejected based on the incorrect temp. The product has since been tested by USDA and approved on 3/19. The product is currently being stored in bins on a reefer at 38 degrees.
