Very good condition, no chips, breaks, but a good deal of crazing, a few imperfections.
This may have been issued to commemorate an annual gathering of the south carolina Conference of the Wesleyan Methodist Church. I found a reference to the 19th gathering in a 1936 newspaper clipping (included with images).
