FOSTER PARENTS WANTED! Cayuga Centers is an enhanced foster care agency that licenses foster parents in Palm Beach County to care for children ages 5-17 who have experienced abuse, neglect and trauma, who have behavioral or mental health issues, and who need loving, supportive families to care for them. We are seeking dedicated individuals or families who are interested in giving back to children in need by becoming licensed foster parents. Those interested will need to participate in 51 hours of training to learn about the foster care system and about how trauma can impact a child's behavior. Additionally, applicants will need to pass background and financial screenings as well as an inspection of their home with a spare bedroom available for a child.
