SassiFit is a dance cardio fitness class based on repetitive dance routines (similar to "sideline" routines used by pro cheer and dance teams), incorporating a variety of dance styles like jazz, hip-hop, pom, burlesque, Latin, Bollywood, and hula.
- All levels of fitness and experience are welcome - this is for everybody & every BODY
- We dance with the lights OFF for a low-pressure, body-positive, sexy & sassy atmosphere!
- Routines are set to fun, flirty and CURRENT pop & hip-hop music
- We offer AFFORDABLE options for all levels of commitment (drop-in, 1 class/per week, or unlimited)
- Offered 5 days a week in several Denver Metro locations

Thursdays @ 5:45 pm - Blush Studios (12652 West Ken Caryl Avenue Unit B, Littleton)
Saturdays @ 9:30 am (Intro to SassiFit) - Waterstone Church (5890 S. Alkire St, C, Littleton) NOTE: The "Intro to SassiFit" class is designed for those who are more comfortable with learning dance routines at a slower pace. However, if you want to jump right in to the faster-paced class (even if you don't have any prior dance experience), that's fine too! SassiFit is NOT about competition, judgement, or perfection - as we always say, doing the wrong move burns just as many calories as doing the right move. We're just here to break a sweat and have fun.
