This time of year rescues and sanctuaries could really use a bit of help. Here at BlueFeather Horse Sanctuary and Misfit Mustangs a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we rescue and provide lifelong sanctuary to horses in need. We greatly advocate for the adoption of American Mustangs, as well as have a therapy program in the works for anyone who may benefit from Equine Therapy. Mustangs will be the main focus of horses in the Therapy program. BlueFeather Horse Sanctuary and Misfit Mustangs was established to provide a permanent home to unwanted, abused and abandoned donkeys, horses and other animals. When an animal arrives here at BlueFeather we assess their condition and begin the process of rehabilitation.
When needed, we join forces with local law enforcement, animal control, veterinarians, and other rescue organizations. We love working together for the sake of the animals. It's a team effort!
