We are offering for sale a completely refurbished A & G Mercury 460 D (gas) tow tractor for sale. This unit has been completely torn down to the bare metal and refurbished from the ground up. This tugger is in excellent condition.

The tow tractor's one piece welded frame has 8078 hours showing on the hour counter. The engine has less than one hour total operating time.

We have completely rebuilt the engine from the inside out with the following:

Ford LRG 4.25 gas engine

We have gone the extra steps and completely sanded all of the old paint off the entire body and repainted the entire tugger with safety yellow and black industrial paint with rust inhibitors and clear coat to ensure the paint last for many years.

We upgraded the driving and tail light to LED lights which has greatly increased the visibility.

New seat has been installed with arm rests.

This particular tow tractor was built for LTV for towing parts trailers around and has a towing capacity of 60,000 lbs. Yes, 60,000 lbs towing capacity!
