We are manufacturers of SLAP brand watches. The products have a great sales potential. Their perception is very good and they arouse great interest among respondents and editors of the media cooperating with us. The quality of workmanship differs significantly from similar products offered by our competitors.
The brand is fully prepared for implementation of sales and marketing actions.
We have the necessary stock to start sales, prepared various contracts, their templates, logotypes, templates of boxes, guarantees, instructions, displays and selected contractors. We have established partnerships with proven entities in all necessary industries. We have a large number of marketing materials, we have done 2 large, professional photo shoots and several smaller ones. Editors and bloggers have cooperated with us. Many others have declared their willingness to cooperate with us.
Funds obtained by the investor are to be used to launch a sales network, marketing actions and the implementation of a large order of products.
In order to carry out the above we expect to invest PLN 500,000 (~ USD 123,000).
We propose to sell 33% of shares for PLN 400,000 (~ USD 98,350) and then to increase the capital by PLN 300,000 (~ USD 74,000, which will be associated with the contribution of another PLN 100,000 (~ USD 24,600 from the investor and PLN 200,000/~ USD 49,200 from the current owners).
We are also considering the sale of the whole business: the current warehouse, know-how, websites, graphic materials, photos from conducted photo sessions, all contacts we have and elements necessary for further running of the enterprise for the amount of PLN 1.5 million (~ USD 368,800).
In case of an investor willing to get involved in the functioning of the brand we are willing to consider proposals on other terms.
