The entire package of equipment that I am selling includes one, two piece outside in ground slop0e front storm shelter forms and one, three piece in ground high traffic garage storm shelter forms, structural engineered designs and documents, website, 12 ladders, 20 certified stamped doors with serial numbers, straps, debris shields, vents, two concrete vibrators, two battery operated rebar tiers, concrete psi tester, preset inserts, templates to make the rebar cages on, one complete set of prefabbed rebar cages for the slope front and one complete set of prefabbed rebar cages for the in garage in ground shelter, 1994 fixed boom Freightliner truck with a 12,000 pound wench, 15,000 pound lift bar, 6,000 pound lift bar, a turner to flip the slope front precast in midair, a turner to flip the garage precast in midair out of the forms, legal documents for liability purposes incase a shelter installer damages a shelter in transit and if a shelter is installed incorrectly.

The storm shelter forms are approximately 5 years old. Both sets of forms have been used twice and are stored inside and covered up.
