Basic Maintenance position with a Homeowner Association. 5 days per week 5 hours per day, 9am to 2pm. Duties are to walk property, check for out light bulbs, clean stairs, check parking garage for lighting, trash removal, recycle removal, water some plants, clean pool deck, clean trash bin area and wash trash bins, if experienced do sheet rock work, and other duties.
