It's that time of year to register for North Star Stable's Kid's Summer Horse Clinic!

For over 10 years we have been teaching kids horsemanship!

This week long clinic is tailored for children ages 6-17. No experience is necessary to attend. Activities suited to all levels of riding ability.
Each child will be assigned a horse or pony matched to their riding ability for the week. During the week children will learn to groom a horse, saddle and bridle, mount and dis-mount, learn what riding aides are, ride at the walk and trot and learn basic arena exercises.
All activities are hands on!
Riding and working with horses empowers children and helps them to gain confidence and build core strength. Here at North Star we teach and encourage your child in a safe, non-judgemental environment to be the best they can be! Our goal is to have your child develop their horse knowledge, riding skills and end each day with a smile!
For the safety of our participants all children should wear boots or footwear with a heel. Helmets will be provided unless you wish to bring your own. Each day your child should bring a lunch and beverage.
