we can do it all. We charge by the room for homes and offices and for those areas that require removal of non wanted material, we charge by the square foot. For each room of a house or office (not to exceed 12ft x 12 ft per room), cleaning, we charge $90.00 per room. Additional feet per room will cost an additional $10.00 For the removal of non wanted material we charge $0.87 cents per square foot. IF hazardous materials are involved then we charge an additional $200.00 and up- depending on the materials and how much to be removed. We do not offer free quotes. Sorry. Each quote, non refundable, fee is $75.00. Once the job starts, It all becomes non refundable. IF canceled before the job begins then1/3 of the total will be refunded (NEVER INCLUDED IS THE ESTIMATE FEE) ALL services are paid up front. Check takes 10-14 business days to process before the job begins.. The disposal of materials are always extra. Conditions apply.
