Apartment C is a beautiful 2 BR (queen beds in both) second floor apartment located just seconds to the beach with a living room with queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen with rattan glass top dining table, two queen bedrooms, one bath and its own private balcony off the back that is just perfect for your morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a glass of wine. The apartment has laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen with a carpeted hallway and bedrooms.
It has a beautiful new wicker bedroom set and we just added a larger flat screen TV and will update pictures soon.

All of the rates shown are family rates. For non related groups rates quoted are for up to four people with an additional charge of $35.00 per night per person

We are DOG FRIENDLY for well behaved housebroken dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies). Dogs must be up to date on all their shots, be on a monthly flea treatment, be spayed or neutered (no females in heat EVER please), and have a Dewey Beach dog license. We do have a non refundable pet fee of $30.00 per day per pet with preferably a two dog limit (some exceptions may apply). Dog licenses may be obtained at Town Hall located on the bay side of our street for $35.00. The license is good for the life of the dog. You can also obtain licenses for shorter periods.

Enjoy having one of the largest backyards in Dewey Beach. Our back yard picnic area with three tables, seating, grills, fire pit, and an ornamental fishpond. Enjoy sitting at night under the stars roasting marshmallows around the fire pit while the tiki torches add that romantic lighting, cooking on the grills with side burners, or just playing a game of horseshoes. Lounge in the sun in our sandy beach back yard to the pleasant sound of our backyard fishpond. We also have two very nice outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Easy stroll to the beach with no roads to cross. Conveniently located to walk to all of Dewey Beach.

We have off street parking for two vehicles (one behind the other) but the second vehicle does need a Dewey Beach parking permit which may be obtained at town hall.

Please check with us to ensure the rates shown are correct. It is sometimes difficult to accurately display with the quotable rate system VRBO has in place. We strive for accuracy but just want to ensure there are no surprises. All of the rates shown are family rates. Please note: No weekends during July and August!! our week runs from Saturday to Saturday. We NEVER rent for just one night and only rent for full weeks during July and August unless we have VERY last minute availability. We continually upgrade and make sure our apartments are just what our guests are looking for.

Please don't ask us to discount as we have a policy not to discount in fairness to our return guests and those who reserve early and pay the full rate and associated fees.

We are a family oriented property but do rent to responsible singles as long as they understand we do not allow parties, gatherings of friends or groups, or having people not on the rental agreement just hanging out. The property is for the use of those named tenants only.

The ground floor is taken up completely by our three bedroom apartment. This apartment is very large, one of the largest all on one floor in Dewey with NO stairs. There is a living room, full kitchen, dining room, Florida room, three bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, and a deck off the back that opens to our spacious backyard. It is VRBO #314407
