Walk out your door 10 steps to the Pool & BEACH! This little place is a diamond in the ruff! At least that is what our previous guests say! We have many return guests at Atlantic Terrace Condominiums located at 3401 N.E. 10th St. Pompano Beach, 33062

This 400 sq. ft. studio condo is absolutely perfect for 2! A spacious studio with a high grade queen size murphy bed with high thread count linens.

There is a full size kitchen with all cooking utensils provided. You literally walk out your door take a few steps to the pool & beach! Your Free parking space is right outside of your door.

There are 2 beach towels, 2 chairs, & an umbrella. The full kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, & many cooking utensils. We provide a hair dryer & iron/board too. We also have wifi & premium cable. There is a laundry room on the 2nd & 3rd floor. Laundry detergent is complimentary. We supply a starter roll of paper towels, tissue paper, & trash bags All dishwashing & hand soap is complimentary.

We take pride in keeping our condo up to date & Very clean. A perfect place with everything you need for a wonderful getaway! We know you will want to come back again & again like a lot of our other guests do!

This condo has a 2 person occupancy only per Pompano Beach fire code. We do have a pac n play for a small infant. But this unit only sleeps 2. All of our units are non smoking and we are sorry, but we do not accept pets. There is 1 free parking space for each condo unit right in front of the building. We do not have additional parking available for visitors. For the comfort of all of our guests, Atlantic Terrace does Not allow parties or large visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. These areas are for our guests only. You must be at least 25 yrs old to rent this property. We are sorry, but we do not rent to spring breakers.

There is a $25.00 cancellation fee charged by the owner if this rental is booked by credit card.
